REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy

Refunds are always in Bloomynest sole discretion and are subject to our Terms of Use. In the case of any conflict between this article and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will govern. On Bloomynest Pvt Ltd, you pay for leads — new customers who reach out to learn more about working with you. Since you pay for the initial connection and receive their contact information, we don't give refunds if a customer doesn't hire you. For all other situations, you'll request a refund through your Bloomynest account within 3 days of the charge. We'll review the details you share and let you know whether it qualifies for a refund. Keep in mind, we don't give refunds based on performance or return on investment. We might issue a refund for the following situations: Significant service mismatch (for example, a customer contacts an cleaning for their home but decides to get wiring done). Significant location mismatch (for example, the customer changes the location, and it's outside of your travel area). You paid for the same lead twice. If you pay for identical leads from the same customer within 7 days, you'll get a refund. What to expect after you request a refund . Unless restricted by applicable law, you agree that all your personal information collected by Bloomynest through the Website may be used and disclosed as set out in this Policy. You are advised to read this Policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by Bloomynest.com you agree to the collection and use of your data by Bloomynest.com and certain authorized third-party service providers in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Website. Refund Policy 1)If customer book the slot for painting, later denied for work within 24 hours No cancellation charges are applicable. *After 24-48 hrs Rs 500/- flat charges will be applicable, and same will be deducted from advance amount. *After 48hrs , If customer cancelled Rs 1000/- flat cancellation charges will be applicable. 2) If the project started and later customer wants to cancelled due to some internal reasons then: We will verify the issue , if customer avail the painting service in particular scope then charges will be applicable accordingly . All matter will be under Pune, Jurisdiction. Subject to Realization: 1) During the project , If customer wants to add, some additional services or scope of work, same will be added to quotation and informed to the customer for such conditions. 2) After Applicable or Confirmed of paint shades, If customer want to change the colour, then charges will be applicable for the same. 3) If more than avail shades given to the customer and he/she wants to add additional shades then charges will be applicable on per shade basis. And same will be informed by assigned manager. 4) All payments of Extra scope of work added need to pay by customer directly to the company Bloomynest.Pvt.Ltd only. If Customer pay to worker or any vendor directly Bloomynest will not be liable for such payments. 5) If customer walls Plaster or POP coming out after while sanding and damage area need POP customer need to get this done by POP person in such cases Bloomynest, will not be liable for such issue. 6) If customer Grouting issue or other seepage issue customer denied to repair the issue then customer will be liable for future issue arises on such walls.
